DESCRIPTION

This is a skin reaction that causes bumps, raised patches, or both to suddenly appear on the skin. The bumps raised patches are often itchy and may look swollen. The medical name for hives is urticarial.

Symptoms –

Batches of welts

Welts that might be red, purple or skin colored

Itchiness

Painful swelling

Flares triggered by heat, exercise or stress

diagnosis and test –

hives can be diagnosed by looking at your welts or areas of swelling. If there’s any doubt, you can undergo blood tests or allergy skin test.

drugs for heredity angioedema

anti-inflammatory drugs
